The staff and facility are the best. They take great care of our very anxious dog, even staying late into the evening to comfort her. We always get updates on how she’s doing and you can tell that they genuinely care about the wellbeing of the animals. I would highly recommend.
Eddie LOVES daycare here! I may or may not be a helicopter dog parent (?), but Pound Town has made me feel SO reassured! They are so communicative and trustworthy, and Eddie loved his suite when he stayed for boarding too! Their policies, rules, and AMAZING staff make us feel more than happy to bring Eddie here.?
The best boarding facility we've seen, hands down. We spent months researching boarding facilities throughout the south, southwest, and western suburbs, and we were appalled at some of the conditions. Pound Town ENCOURAGES you to take a tour.
It is very clean, the staff is wonderful and accommodating, and the dogs always come home happy and well cared for. Highly recommend!!
