Our furnace went out in the dead of winter. Let me start out by saying we initially had another company come out to service it and they informed us that the cost of repair wouldn't be worth it & we needed a new furnace. They left & furnace was still not working. We were referred to Joel by a friend we called him he immediately came out and not only got our furnace working that day but informed us that we could fix it with a new inducer motor saved us $8000. Not only is he professional but is honest with his customers and fixes your problem. I highly recommend him and will continue to use him in the future should we need to.
