“I called pretty desperate as we had an underground water leak with water going into our basement; our first bid was astronomical and another plumber couldn't get to us until February. I called on a Wednesday around 1:30 (between Christmas and NY) and someone showed up around 4 that day to look at our problem. Tim showed up the next day before 8AM to look again but wasn't sure when he could work us in. Tim and another plumber showed up the NEXT DAY at 8am to start working and was completed and cleaned up by 12:30 that same day. They were extremely reasonable and very professional. I will go to them all on all future plumbing needs.“
