The company did send someone right out to look over my crawl space for encapsulation. The only issue was it was in the wrong area. The guy opened a closed-off area that no one has been in since that bathroom was built. It would have been nice had he covered that opening back up but he didn't and now a feral camp of cats have crawled in.

Guys did a great job and cleaned everything up. Haven’t had a drop of water in that basement since. This was for one of my rental houses and now I’m having them do our personal home. Keep up the good work!!
