Hoerr Carpet Cleaning

I am a repeat customer at Hoerr Carpet Cleaning and use them twice a year. My family also uses them. I have had various technicians and they have all been great. This time we had Colt. They take their time to do a thorough job. Carpets and stairs look great after everyday life with kids and dogs. Stains are gone! I have also used them in the past for upholstery. That was great too! The price is more than reasonable. Perfect score from us!

The guys did a nice job on my couch! I liked how quick it was to dry as well. Only rating 4 stars instead of 5 because one of the guys left my back gate open on their way out and 2/3 of my dogs got out and were roaming the neighborhood without me knowing. Just would appreciate making sure gates are closed before leaving especially if having pets in the house is known. Other than that, I have no complaints. Would definitely use again!

Jesse and Cherokee were our technicians this morning, and they did a fantastic job! They were prompt, polite, and very thorough in explaining the process for cleaning our bedroom and hallway carpets. They used a special pet stain cleaner, and showed us via a black light what was being cleaned. I really appreciated the extra time they took to explain everything. I highly recommend Hoerr Carpet Cleaning, and can't wait to have them back to have them clean the tile and grout in our bathroom.
