Armando & Elijah did an excellent job today cleaning my runners & area rug. I forgot to tell them about 1 additional runner I needed cleaned & even though they packed everything up they took it back out and completed the job. Very polite & professional. 10/10
The gentleman who shampooed my carpet was very thorough and quick. Did a great job. The only thing I feel was wrong was I ordered this during a sale price of 139.00 for 2 rooms and a hallway. It ended up being 30.00 more. No explanation.
Tyler was very pleasant. He verified the areas to be cleaned and explained the process. He was very thorough in his work and very easy to work with. Thank you Tyler for your great work.
