It just so happened when it was -5° in Chicago. My heating system was only blowing cold air. I called them at 4 PM they were due to close at 4:30. They were very nice and polite on the phone they wanted to get in contact with their technician. He was at my house by 5 PM polite, professional, respectful of the property. thank you so much for the quick and efficient service and what I considered a fair price. I had to call on Christmas morning for emergency service! Left a message with the answering service, and they assured me the tech would call back...And he did! Very quickly I might add! Leo got to the house when he said he would, and kept good communication up with me during the process. The thermostat on our furnace went out on one of the coldest days of the year last year. Every company we called wanted to charge extra for an emergency call and wouldn’t come until the next day. Y tech fit us in at the end of the day and had everything up and running fast.
