Very kind business owner. When he could have charged me an arm and a leg to come and get me into my car he suggested somewhere closer and cheaper. EVEN THOUGH HIS QUOTE WAS REASONABLY PRICED! Steve was reasonably priced and went above and beyond my expectations. He not only provided and programmed a replacement fob/key for my Infiniti, he also troubleshooted what was wrong with my other fob so I have two fully working sets now. He was a pleasure to work with and I'll definitely be calling him for any future locksmithing work
