I had applied for American passport through US post office. My wife applied for her American passport on same day. My wife got e-mail stating her application has been received but there was no confirmation about my application. So I called National Passport office & I was told that there is no e-mail on my application and there is no middle name on my application. I told them that on my application form and on my citizenship documents, middle name and E-mail are there. National Passport office was not ready to listen and forced me to write letter giving proof of my application and citizenship where there is my middle name.
