Great company! The owner is an honest person and is not looking to just make money. He will either help you fix your old windows or connect you with other great companies that handle replacements.

Alexander is knowledgeable, friendly, and goes over and above to help with specialty repairs. He worked with our original window manuf to get the parts we needed and didn't even charge for his time.

After talking to over 4 companies I chose Alex for several reasons - his excellent reviews, his patience to identify and understand the problem. His experience led him to know the solution and he was able to communicate in laymen’s terms what was going on, and what needs to be done. He was also able to clearly explain costs. As a result the issues (jammed door lock, misalignment, rusty rollers) we had with patio doors in our newly purchased home were resolved. Alex was a pleasure to work with too! 👍I highly recommend him.
