I'm from Wisconsin and was in town to see my sick father in the hospital. I was in desperate need of a manicure and walked in to Lady's Nails to see if they could help. I was seated without an appointment right away. Angie did my nails (which turned out perfect) and while we were talking, I mentioned why I was in town. She sympathized with me and spoke about her own husbands issues. After the manicure, she gave me a punch card that never expires and said that if I needed another manicure while I was in town to come and see her. Then she gave me the biggest hug ever!!!! Highly recommend Lady’s Nails in Palatine. My friend and I look forward to our monthly visits for pedicures at this welcoming salon. The owner has worked hard to improve the decor and equipment and has assembled a friendly staff who provide great service. If you’re looking for a great mani-pedi, you can’t go wrong with Lady’s Nails!
