I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I highly recommend them. Hannah & Rose always do a fantastic job with my nails and are able to do designs that I show them. They are the sweetest ladies too. Sena and Rose did my nails today for Christmas (the bow with the plaid and candy cane.) I love that they have a rewards program so you can accumulate points to get discounts and $10 off for your birthday. They are a very clean salon and all the women working there are so friendly. I usually get a no chip manicure and regular pedicure or polish change on my toes whenever I go. They have a wide and great variety of of colors to choose from including cat eye and gel.... read full review

I’ve been a client of Joyful Nails for the past 5–6 years. As a loyal supporter of small businesses in Palatine, I have to highlight that the owner, Sally, has created a beautiful salon where you can truly relax, de-stress, and pamper yourself — something I genuinely enjoy.
They always listen to your needs and provide consistent and wonderful results! When I train for marathons, I opt for the no-chip pedi, and it always lasts beautifully.
The products they use are top-notch — you never smell harsh chemicals like in many other salons that use stronger formulas. My nails are always hand-filed, leaving my nail beds healthier.... read full review

Had a great experience here! Booking an appointment was super easy, and the staff were so friendly and helpful - especially when I was stuck picking a color. The pedi service includes a relaxing massage and scrub, which was a nice bonus. Everything felt clean, efficient, and relaxing. It felt a little expensive to me of $40 for a regular pedicure but my friend said that felt normal to her so to each their own! Regardless would definitely recommend ??
