I had a horrible leak under my kitchen sink. Jared, the owner, sensed the desperation in my voice when I called and although very busy assured me that a man would be sent to my house ASAP. Very shortly after our conversation a young man named Nick appeared at my door. I cannot properly express how nice and polite and, most important, concerned he was about my problem. Nick worked on the leak and was able to stop the flow of water that had seeped from under my sink and onto my kitchen floor. Simply put: Nick was terrific and I feel extremely lucky to have had him today as my plumber. He was great!
