This place does not respect your time! I made an appointment for partial highlights 2 weeks before. I gave them the option to set a time since I had my day free then. They said 9:00am. So I scheduled my other appointments around my hair appointment. I came in on time. She was working on another girl. She kept telling me to read magazines for AN HOUR and 40 MIN. When she finally got to me, she promised me I will be out by 12noon. I should have walked out then because when she did my hair (with her recommendation), what should have been burgundy highlights became bright red! She knew that I did not like it (heck, even she thought it was too bright!), she offered to do it again... I said I cannot now because I am already an hour late for my other appointment. She asked that I come back the next day so she can fix it, I again stupidly agree and she promised it would only take 30 min .... After an hour and ten minutes, I now have PURPLE hair. Do not waste your time, money or frustration!!! AVOID this place at all cost! 1/2 of day lost forever and bad results.
