Outrageous this is considered a legitimate medical care location. Had a confirmed appointment at 0900. Nobody shows up to open the clinic. No staff to talk to aside from Walgreens who said they’re not affiliated, but didn’t seem surprised. Called Advocate’s main number and spoke to two people who said they just work from home and don’t know what to tell me about seeing the doctor I had confirmed a visit with. Over an hour after my appointment with still no staff who showed up to work and advocate phone support had no idea what I should do. Avoid this scam at all costs. Sat waiting forever, no one else was here. Could here the "nurses" chit chatting in the room the whole time. One of them finally called me in, "we didn't know you were here" (signed in on the kiosk 30 minutes before). Then they told me they can't even do the test I came from and that they left me a voicemail (they didn't leave me a voicemail). One star isn't a low enough rating -25 out of 10. Avoid this location.
