We used the services of Accurate Plumbing Doctors Inc. (Schaumburg, IL) based on a recommendation from our association.
We had a water leak coming from under the bathtub. The team came out, identified the issue, and explained everything clearly. Due to a busy schedule, the repair was planned for a few days later, which was communicated in advance and was understandable.
I especially want to mention David - very professional and pleasant to work with. He handled everything clearly over the phone. Felix, the plumber who inspected the issue, was also very knowledgeable and professional. There was another technician assisting him as well... read full review

Some neighbors highly recommended Accurate Plumbing Doctors to me and I see why! They are responsive, professional, knowledgeable, thorough - and friendly to boot! Matt came to my house for a call and he did a great job assessing and analyzing the problem and checking to make sure everything was in order and working fine before leaving. I had a follow up question and they replied right away. I can’t recommend Accurate Plumbing Doctors enough and will definitely use them again when in need of plumbing work.
