I had the most wonderful experience with Macey. She did my bridal trial for my Hair and Makeup. It turned out so beautiful. Macey was fun, easy to talk to and all around just a woman with good vibes. If you don’t wanna have a good time and laugh during your session, you should probably go see somebody else. I will definitely recommend Macey to anybody looking to get their hair and makeup done.

Just WOW! I’ve had a lot of Botox throughout my years… This time I waited quite a while so I expected a challenge… My first visit with LIV wellness… Very friendly greeting when I walked in the door great atmosphere… The nice young injector was very thorough, extremely friendly. explained different procedures So I ended up getting Botox just to get me started back on a routine. She didn’t try to upsell me. The results are truly amazing. I’ve paid twice as much at other places for this type of result. If I had to be completely honest, I’m a bit surprised she was able to relax my deep wrinkles the first time around. I have a different situation in that half my forehead doesn’t move because of a surgery the other half overcompensates and creates very strong deep muscles. I truly honestly cannot express how happy I am. ?
I cannot say enough good things about this company. I was told by another repair guy that the furnace needed a part and that he couldn’t get to it for a week. Called them and they came out same day and had the issue fixed very quickly with no part necessary. They stayed and made sure the heat was kicking on and the repair guys were incredibly nice. Honestly I’m so glad I went with this company, so I know who to call for anything in the future! HUGE THANKS FOR WARMING UP MY HOUSE!

Mike is down to earth and straight to the point. The extremely cold weather and freezing pipes negatively affected my water pressure, so I called him to see if he could help. Even though he was busy, he stopped over to see what was going on after his last job. Unfortunately we needed a new water pump, but Mike came back the next morning and got 'er done. I finally have the water pressure I never knew I could have in this old house! I would highly recommend Arrow and will definitely use the services again.

Had an excellent experience here. Got my head shaved and a beard trim. Excellent job and done in a timely fashion. Had to spend some time in the “zen den” and sat in the massage chair. Worth the small extra investment, I highly suspect it.

The regular beds are very hot because the fans don't go very high. I suggest the Mega beds, best in the county!

One of my greatest experiences with a Salon. Tracie was great at understanding what I wanted and understood my hair type very well. There’s not many people that understand Asian hair and Tracie was great with working at it. With the rising concern of individuality in teens, Tracie gave me a unique and wonderful haircut that is versatile and easily styled. The salon itself was also very aesthetically pleasing with tons of natural light and updated equipment. I highly recommend coming here and will definitely be looking forward to my next appointment.

Kelsie is AMAZING! Even though I get the same every time I get it colored she is the one that came up with the layer of colors & total design. She also trims my hair perfect, framing my face where all the strands fall exactly where they should. She’s obviously very popular so I plan ahead & book my appointments in advance. I love the Milkshake products she uses & sells as well. She has single handedly made my hair better & healthier than it’s ever been. Oh, & for the first time in my experience the color red she uses on my hair DOES NOT fade like every other red I’ve had in the past. Sure, it fades a little but not like most reds at all. I get compliments on my hair color all the time!

I saw Dr Mark Benevides a while ago. I noticed he has no reviews and HAD to fix this! Dr Mark fixed for me a bad poorly done root canal ; done by a hack Dentist in Chicago. He took an X ray and has great state of the art equiptment. He is personable and has a great sense of humor. I confess I like his jokes. He has consistantly served the Illinois Valley region for many years and loves what he does and it shows. He is on Boards for the State of Illinois for Dentistry and is highly professional and he does re-training to keep up with trends to be so professional. Dr Mark fixed the root canal for me & filled a tooth and did a Crown It was virtually painless. Amazing right there! I would recommend Dr Mark Benevides as the Dentist you are looking for whether your insurance pays for him or not. HE is worth entrusting your teeth to to fix. There is no one like him with such expertise, humor,care and professionalism in this region. You will only gain by a visit to this Dentist. ?????♀️ ? He deserves a medal for all his hard work. I certainly will be going back to see him.
