I was greeted when I walked in,the place was clean,the younglady that cut my hair was pleasant to talk to,the hair cut was perfect,the price was right. What more could you ask for. Thank you.

Amanda was amazing!!! She is now our new hairstylist!!!! I would definitely come to this location, the one is Morris the woman are rude on the phone, I didn't even make it to the store yet thankfully would of been a waste of a trip, the Lady was super rude could tell she needed a Snickers. So I went to the Ottawa's location!! The ladies are amazing!!!! Customer Service is everything, so if you're having a bad day before work leave that negative attitude at the door before you walk in.

Just took my kiddo, who has autism, to get a cut. It has been a while since we've been there so I wasn't sure how he'd react. Chelsea was amazing with him. She was patient and gentle and questioned him directly first. If he didn't/couldn't answer, then she looked to me. Dude was super happy with his great cut that he gave her two thumbs up! Will be back for sure ?Service: Haircut
