Hannah cuts my hair every 6 weeks and keeps it looking good. There's a great vibe in the Beaute' Bar and it's one door away from the best coffee shop in Ottawa!Service: Haircut
I'm so so glad I went to Row Building Beaute' Bar and got a therapeutic massage from Nora! She is so kind, laid back, and helpful! Her massages are to die for! Nora is the sweetest person to talk to! She's very gentle and asks what you the client prefers. I will recommend her to Everyone!
This salon is a scam. I called them and they said 130 for makeup and hair was from 90 to 120 and then when I finished they did the same thing you could do at home and when I was paying they tried to charge me 300 for something you could have done at home. Please don't come here and waste your money, go anywhere else but here.
