The massages are to die for and haircuts keep hair looking good for years. Clients are loyal and recommend the place to everyone. It is located in the Row Building, one door away from a noted coffee shop.

I love going here! Collette has done my weft extensions and highlights/color for years. She's so patient and friendly. It's a great experience every time I come. If there is ever anything wrong (loose piece here or there) she gets me in ASAP - she always makes sure it's exactly what I want.

Hannah cuts my hair every 6 weeks and keeps it looking good. There's a great vibe in the Beaute' Bar and it's one door away from the best coffee shop in Ottawa!Service: Haircut

I'm so so glad I went to Row Building Beaute' Bar and got a therapeutic massage from Nora! She is so kind, laid back, and helpful! Her massages are to die for! Nora is the sweetest person to talk to! She's very gentle and asks what you the client prefers. I will recommend her to Everyone!
