I have had the pleasure to work with Steve Pallotto and his amazing team at Proper Rate on so many deals over the last several years and every time I’m amazed at the speed and ease in which the whole process goes for both my buyers and Seller clients. I’m always thrilled to see Steve and his team handling my deals, whether on the buy or sell side, because it means the experience for my clients will be smooth and the deal will close! Steve was as great as we could have asked for from a lender during our home buying process, especially as two first time home buyers. He was willing to meet with us almost as soon as we reached out and made sure we completely understood every step of the process. At the same time, Steve made sure we were comfortable and secure in every decision that was made, while giving us the freedom to also make our own decisions knowing that he had our back. Steve did everything he could to get me a better loan than I could have imagined! As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and Steve made it easy to understand and was always happy to reexplain and take my calls. I would recommend him to everyone!
