Douglas Cleaners is a dry cleaning business located near Downers Grove, Lisle, and Westmont, right off two expressways and Ogden Ave. The team delivers excellent dry cleaning and laundry services as well as outstanding customer service. They do great work on wedding gowns, party dresses, suits, ties, winter coats, curtains, and bedspreads. Customers report always being greeted with a smile and receiving friendly, timely service. The cleaners consistently do an amazing job, and clothes are always ready when promised. They are very accommodating when something is needed back quickly and are also great for alterations. Many customers trust Douglas Cleaners after bad experiences with other dry cleaners shrinking or ruining clothes, making them the number one cleaners in the area.
I first discovered this cleaners when I lived in the area, and even to this day, since moving to Chicago, I still make the drive over when I need cleaners. Why? The reliably pristine and meticulous job makes it worth the drive. If you’re not happy, they accommodate. This is a business dedicated to the job they do. Don’t let the sour suburban and their “views” compromise this place’s reputation. As a customer of 3 years, I’m always beyond satisfied with my clean and alterations too!

Always greeted with a smile and asking about son who was just a baby when we started using them…he is a teenager now! Very accommodating when something is needed back quickly. Great for alterations as well.
