I could not go anywhere else after coming here. Nail health and care is their #1 priority. Worth every penny and more affordable than I would have expected. I felt like I was with family the entire time! The level of cleanliness and sanitation is unmatched as well! Spa Treatment! Please do not think twice about booking an appointment here, just do it!

Yesterday June 18th I got a fill in and polish by the tech Yenifer. This was my first time going to her. While she was doing my nails I asked her how long has she been doing nails she said 6 months. My intuition told me she had to have been new. I paid $35 for the service and I left. Honestly I have been getting nothing but complaints on the work she did to my nails. I was going to let it go and just deal with it. But my family and friends said I should say something since I'm a paying customer. The job she did was poor. And I agree. I just didn't want to hurt Yenifer's feelings. Yes I waited until today to call Polish Palace. I spoke with the manager Jay
today who asked me why I didn't say anything yesterday. I could hear it in her voice that she had an attitude. So I told her if there was a problem I could just go elsewhere for my nails. She was very unprofessional (her tone in her voice and her energy). She said well if that's your preference. She said she would call me back after she spoke with the owner. You know what it's been almost an hour. So I decided to just write a review. Her behavior was unacceptable. I thought I was going to have a nail shop closer to home that was melanated owned I could support. But nope, I will not be going back. Does it matter that I waited a day later? I could have had anything going on yesterday that prevented me from contacting them. You could tell by the nail polish coating she did a bad job, you can see lumps the polish isn't smooth and she didn't clean up my nails afterwards. I could have polished my own nails better.

Update: I never received a call back from the manager Jay or the owner. Today is Monday June 22nd. And now the polish she used is peeling off my nails.

I have had many great experiences here! I would especially recommend Jazmina and Nae.

Horrible service on most recent occasion and had to return for corrections during prior services. Constantly have to correct artists on nail shape, polish, and unable to get a full solid color with no designs.

Was charged extra because Samantha was unwilling to be honest when prompted by the manager about her poor quality in laying color despite sharing she would discount the service. Actually felt attacked by another artist and one of the owners due to their inability to take accountability to said poor quality service.

Truly sad because I really wanted to support but a huge lack of customer service or quality.

They do right by who and when they want to, will not be returning or recommending.

I've seen Nai a few times now, and all of my manicures and nail art have been beautiful and creative! I love that I can get such amazing work on my natural, short nails. The Valentine's Day nails are a week old in that pic and haven't even hinted at chipping.

experienced the worst nail service ever. the lady that runs this salon is extremely aggressive and rude and unprofessional. the nail tech was nice but did not provide the nails i asked for and wouldn’t take accountability for her mistake. will definitely not be coming back to this place!
