Spannuth Boiler, unbeknownst to me, used to work on our 100 yr old Kewanee steam boiler at our church. I have only been in the position of facility mgr for about 2.5 yrs. By God's grace, I called Spannuth to get an idea of what a new steam boiler might cost our church. When Vince, the owner, came to take measurements I shared with him some of the challenges I had been having with the boiler. In short, he knew the problem, sent a technician the very next day with the needed parts and repaired the burner system to the boiler.
