Spannuth Boiler has been my go to for years. Pretty much they can do anything from HVAC services to plumbing. They're fast and quick and very knowledgeable about the different systems in buildings and houses. They just fixed a tub drain that wasn't properly installed. He recognized where the problem was and was able to fix the leak on the spot so it stopped the damage. Great job!

November 2024, we needed to replace our old hot water boiler in our 112 year old Oak Park 2-flat. Spannuth boiler did a great job. We have more heat that we ever have had in the 40 plus years we have been here. Not only did they get the new boiler installed and figured out, which was tricky given the quirkiness of this building, they got all of the radiators up and running. Some of which have never worked. This year they made sure things were all working properly and we even came up with some low tech ideas to distribute the heat more evenly in the farthest away areas. I really appreciated that. Spannuth Boiler Co. recently completed a significant project at our home, which involved moving several radiators and replacing rusted pipes connected to our steam boiler.
