I have been there multiple times, the lady that works there has never been rude. Her system is old but she knows what she is doing, as prices I don’t know how much others charge exactly but her prices are not expensive either. She gets my stuff on time and done properly, I’m going back today again!
I don’t know why this place has such bad reviews! I have dropped off things here about five or six times now over the last few months. I work for an event group and have dropped off table linens a few times. They charge a very reasonable price and have done a great job. I have also dropped off personal items for alterations and dry cleaning and they have done a great job with those as well. The owner (I’m assuming) has always been so kind and professional. I’m glad this place is only a few blocks from my home and I look forward to coming here for years into the future.
I have been using Ruby Cleaners weekly for the past 6-months. Never had any issues. Clothes always ready when I swing by. The lady behind the counter is friendly and knows my face/name. My only complaint is that the services cost a little bit more than my previous spot.
