    These people owe me 675 dollars from January of 2025. I have a check stub for money that I never even received. The check was never mailed out to my address, they keep lying and saying that they put a stop payment on the check then they told me to wait 4 to 6 weeks for the check to be deposited into my bank account. I didn't understand why my money was never initially deposited into my account in the first place. Although I tried not to complain but now it's May and I have yet to be paid. These people are liars and frauds. Do not trust them by any means

    De las empresas más desordenadas en la que he trabajado. Incluso me quedaron debiendo dinero de las millas al trabajar con mi carro. En el contrato estaba acordado que me pagarían por millas y peajes, después de escribir a todas las personas a cargo nunca me pagaron. Muy decepcionada de esta compañía .

    Premier pays rock bottom the minimum to its nurses and CNAs. They don’t care about their employees who bust their behinds while they are getting paid great it’s employees only get a very small piece of that. So while premier is posting photos of what they do for their “care ambassadors” how about focusing on the field staff employees that are actually out in the field struggling to make ends meet and not the ones y’all choose to pay top dollar too. How about giving more than a 54 cent raise to people who have been working for you for YEARS! Your company continues to lose amazing staff due to your greediness! Absolutely disgusting! How about being a better employer, a kinder employer and give your staff a real raise something significant? People can’t even pay their bills because your company refuses overtime and refuses to pay its employees what they’re actually worth!

    Extremely unprofessional. The employees they send to your home, care nothing about their jobs. They no-call no-show, they come late, they leave shifts early without notice, which throws a lonely wrench in your plans for the day, then when you call the office to complain they don’t have a manger you can speak with. They instead have a call center that you can leave a message with and then they will pass it along to a manager. Sometimes you need to speak to a manager directly! I had a bad experience with an employee named Dominique Rodgers. All she wanted to do was sit and read her book all day. When I asked her to do tasks she would get an attitude. She would be scheduled to work 10-3 but would leave at 2:20 or 2:50 every day and that’s if she even showed up at all. They replaced her with someone and the time is now 10:43 and that someone is late 43 minutes after being late 40 minutes on Monday! This is insane! Shame on the city of Chicago for giving them the respite care contract! I’ve been going through hell with them since august of 2021! I feel sorry for the senior citizens who need this care! They are unreliable, ghetto and unprofessional!

    I needed a homemaker for my mother. None of the persons assigned to assist my mother worked out. I was told each person would be a good fit , but the first person was on vacation and when she was scheduled to work she did not call or show up. The next person was to temporarily fill in but she talked excessively and was constantly eating. The third person recommended never called or came. The fourth homemaker became available after completing an assignment. She worked one week and the next week she worked two days and then did not call or show up. Seemingly none of these homeworkers were trained or required to call ahead and introduce themselves.The care coordinator was not responsive to calls and messages that I left for her. I always had to call numerous times to get information and help.

    I have had the worst experience with this company. I have sent in bad reviews and called multiple times. Whoever answered the phone says I’ll have someone call you back. Is it just because my mom is on Medicare that she gets treated so poorly? I will never deal with Premier again. No calls, no show for home health worker! Unacceptable! The worker we had has no training in dealing with dementia.

    This is a bad agency and the workers are incompetent, lazy and nasty. If you get Claudia, run. She is the worst. We had a no show and no call for three days. When we called the company, Mr Brown hung up on us and couldn’t answer any questions since he was new. This is unacceptable.Now we have no one to help with our Mom who is suffering from dementia. So nice to have this during the holiday season. Again, this company is useless. They don’t return calls or following through on their incompetent employees.

    I have work for this company and been getting the run around they don't want to pay you, I been working there for a month and have not been paid

    They are very unprofessional, don't like to pay their employees. Always making excuses on way you not getting paid. Come on we got to call in to clock in and turn in time sheets. You ask to speak to HR, they don't want to give you no information of people over them.
