I came in primarily for issues with sleep and have experienced significant improvement--I haven't slept this well in years! Lynn really listens, takes a holistic approach, and tailors each treatment to your specific needs. The office is calm and professional, and I always leave feeling balanced and rejuvenated.

Palmgren Acupuncture has been SUCH a game changer for me with recovery after knee issues and being on crutches for over a year. They’ve been the catalyst for my recovery with walking without crutches (after doing PT off and on for ~10 months); I’ve worked mostly either Lynn and she’s always very attentive and thoughtful. I’ve also asked to address hormonal, grieving and anxiety issues and working with them has helped tremendously as well. Highly recommend working with them! ?And they can provide super bills for out of network insurance claims which is always a plus?

Sometime over the holidays, I strained my lower back to the point where sitting, and even sleeping would cause a soreness and stiffness.
