“Have you ever been to a dentist who has a chair that gives you a massage? That's just one example of how much Dr. Smith wants his patients to feel comfortable. His use of technology is amazing. He has a little camera that is hooked up to a computer. He doesn't just tell you that there is crack in your filling - he shows you where it is - magnified on the computer monitor. I needed an inlay and he took a picture of the tooth ready for the inlay. He has a computer program that uses that image to cut the material for the inlay right in his office lab. It's a perfect fit. What also impresses me are his communication skills. He presented me with a plan to show various procedures that needed to be done, the cost of each, and didn't make me feel pressured to do anything that I didn't want to. His staff is just as friendly as he is. Yes, it's expensive to have the work done, but I'm worth it!!!”
