“Today 12/27/23, during my (9am appointment) I asked the assistant if they would numb me before the procedure and she said something like "they don't usually do that for this type of procedure.As she tried to remove the temp crown (on the left), I let her know that it was painful she then tried the right side which was equally painful. But she continued trying.I said to stop, turned my head to the left but she continued trying to remove it. I then grabbed her right wrist and pushed it away.She then said don't grab my arm. I told her I was in pain, and that she had continued trying to remove the temp.She didn't stop until her hand was removed.My intention was to get her to stop (which she did not do on her own)l.She seemed very determined to remove it pain or no pain.After the Doctor came in, he numbed me and Everything went well.Thank you.“

They explained to me thoroughly why they need to fill my daughter’s baby tooth because they found cavities even though it will just fall off and be replaced by permanent tooth. “I chipped my tooth suddenly and the jagged edge was literally lacerating the side of my tongue. Patridge Dental was able to see me right away. A very warm and polite dentist named Drew sanded down my tooth which brought me immediate relief. I was so grateful! The beautiful receptionist, named Stephanie, was very warm, courteous and professional. The office decor is quaint, cozy and calming. They even have a really cool grandfather clock that plays a lovely chime every hour. I felt so comfortable and relaxed the entire time I was there. I was treated with the upmost dignity and respect by everyone there. The staff here are all rational, sane people; not indoctrinated, paranoid germophobes like my previous dentists staff were. Here they treat you like a human being, unlike my last dentists staff who treated me as if I were just a nasty, walking disease on legs. I am extremely blessed to have found this wonderful dentists office !!! I finally found a dentist that I know I would like to keep, long-term. Feeling very grateful.
