“I needed a root canal and it was one of my bottom molars with a deep root that was giving me trouble. Dr Shawn assured me that I should be comfortable through the process. I figured this would be a first. However, it was just as he said. I had no pain during the entire process. He explained what I would feel and how it would feel, like pressure. I would hear the drill, but feel no pain. No particles leaked to the back of my throat, which is rare. They made sure that all of the residue from the bad tooth did not get in my mouth. I suggest you make an appointment and speak with the team. It's an amazing place.“

“Have you ever been to a dentist who has a chair that gives you a massage? That's just one example of how much Dr. Smith wants his patients to feel comfortable. His use of technology is amazing. He has a little camera that is hooked up to a computer. He doesn't just tell you that there is crack in your filling - he shows you where it is - magnified on the computer monitor. I needed an inlay and he took a picture of the tooth ready for the inlay. He has a computer program that uses that image to cut the material for the inlay right in his office lab. It's a perfect fit. What also impresses me are his communication skills. He presented me with a plan to show various procedures that needed to be done, the cost of each, and didn't make me feel pressured to do anything that I didn't want to. His staff is just as friendly as he is. Yes, it's expensive to have the work done, but I'm worth it!!!“
