Kelly truly is one of the best Pilates instructors I have ever had!! I have the pleasure of taking her class every single week and she never repeats any classes, everything is fresh and challenges your body in a positive way, and she is very helpful and uplifting! Pilates and your body will be made better by any of Kelly’s incredible workouts!!

Sylvie at Club Pilates in Oak Park is a wonderful instructor. I've taken 40 + classes and I try to schedule sessions when she is there. She explains e everything well. She is easy to follow and her style of coaching thru the class really helps. She does not go too fast. Her thought process seems very organized. The number of repetitions that she leads us thru seem results oriented and worthwhile. She is very accommodating and willing to help if we have challenges. I definitely recommend Sylvie as an instructor.
