Great experience with the dentist (Kristy Cho), but customer service otherwise has been poor in my experience. I've been twice now and received lackluster customer service both times, there was a mix-up and my insurance wasn't billed for a visit and I received a $1300.00 bill. Called to clear it up and received the correct bill, almost 5 months later. The delay could've been my insurance's fault? Called to request a copy of a receipt of my payment, so that I can submit it for reimbursement and still waiting on it. Sending mail from Oak Park to another address in Oak Park shouldn't take over a week, but ??? Got weird vibes from the woman at the... read full review
