Jon is my new IT guy. Jon is personable and responsive. He addressed all my issues and fixed them. Running my own business I do not have time to take care of everything that comes up. I called Catalyst because I was concerned I had an issue with network security. When Jon Molfese arrived at my home for the appointment I requested, Jon arrived right on time and was professional in his demeanor and very knowledgeable concerning cyber-security issues. Jon began a through review of my points of concern which were my email application, my cell phone and our BGW210 router. Using a series of what seemed to be cutting edge investigatory applications, one-by-one, Jon put my concerns to rest. Can’t begin to say how happy I am to have found Catalyst and Jon. He responded to my call quickly and gave me equipment recommendations for a new home computer system. The installation was seamless and Jon explained how everything worked and answered all of ourquestions. Finding a knowledgeable professional like Jon is very reassuring knowing I have great computer support available should need it.
