I brought my 18 year old Epson Printer in today. This is a 6 cartridge photo printer that prints amazing colors. I figured it must be the printer head finally going causing all of the black streaks across the prints. Turns out the printer had become clogged with hair (Mine!)! And the hair was being dragged across the print. They cleaned it out and it works great now. This is the second time in 2 years that they have saved my printer. Thank you so much. It was well-worth the drive.

Don't be thrown off by the all-business attitude of any staff at Computer Maintenance - they're focused on getting your problem solved. I had an Epson printer that needed its inkpad replaced/reset and I've tried/failed with a local HP specialist before. So when I found CMI as an authorized Epson shop as another shop (just a bit closer in terms of an audio repair I needed to run to Arlington Heights from Rogers Park), I gave them a call for an estimate. They quoted a rate that matched the competition of $89 (that was just a little farther) and offered to do the job while I waited. The power supply on my Epson scanner failed and they fixed it. I was in a pinch as I needed it for business and they came through. Good prompt service. They've got a big warehouse and seem to service all Epson products.
