We are residential redevelopers who work on multiple properties at a time and care deeply about the finished product we offer home buyers. We like to clean to house after construction to prepare for staging. And then again before we close so the buyers moving in get a fresh, clean house. Thus far we have been thrilled with the work Mary and her team offer. She is thorough, communicative, dependable, and accommodating (we have changed our clean dates on various occasions and she always tries to work it out!). “First picture is the guys work that actually accepted the $100 just to leave and not make it more of a mess. I wasn’t home but he claims he went over these spots 5 times and they won’t go away. Second picture is after 1 to 2 runs using a $32 rug doctor rental. It’s funny how a $150 carpet cleaner did a better job than the whiner that showed up with a $1000+ cleaner. This all happened after a 3 hour delay to the 9-10 am appointment. Don’t waste your money here they’re dirt cheap for a reason. Person answering calls only responded with “oh wow I’m sorry” instead of offering a reasonable explanation or something to make up for the ridiculousness.“

“They have done a fantastic job cleaning each time that they come. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because of a miscommunication with scheduling for our first few scheduled cleanings. Once that was cleared up, they have been very consistent with reaching out and coming on time. Would recommend them.“
