“Came out to Downers Grove, IL for my sister-in-law wedding. End up getting a stain on my blazer a few days before the wedding. I call a few of the local dry cleaners and all of them said they wouldn't be able to have it done in time. If they did say yes they charged me my car payment plus more.

I thought I was going to have to travel further out of Downer Grove until I call Chris. Right away he told me to bring it in and he'll take care of it and would have it done in 2 days for me. Very nice, friendly and hilarious guy.

The BEST part is his prices are extremely reasonable. I actually left a nice tip because I felt like I owed him more for not only doing an amazing job, but getting it done so quickly and not being overpriced.

“I've used Simply Clean for several years and have been pleased with the quality for the price. I had several other companies come out for a quote and they all charge way too much!! Our cleaner at Simply Clean does a great job at a reasonable price. Plus, they work well with my schedule. The other cleaning companies didn't offer that. Patricia is wonderful with communicating with us as well.“

“First picture is the guys work that actually accepted the $100 just to leave and not make it more of a mess. I wasn’t home but he claims he went over these spots 5 times and they won’t go away. Second picture is after 1 to 2 runs using a $32 rug doctor rental. It’s funny how a $150 carpet cleaner did a better job than the whiner that showed up with a $1000+ cleaner. This all happened after a 3 hour delay to the 9-10 am appointment. Don’t waste your money here they’re dirt cheap for a reason. Person answering calls only responded with “oh wow I’m sorry” instead of offering a reasonable explanation or something to make up for the ridiculousness.“
