I have been seeing Charles for about 5 years now. He is by far the BEST massage therapist I have ever received treatment from. He is very thorough, often spends more time than is actually scheduled because he cares so much about his clients' well- being, and is highly effective with the techniques he utilizes which are many (deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, craniosacral, etc.).His costs are very reasonable also for someone of his skill level. Charles is fantastic! He has helped me maintain my body through numerous adult baseball seasons, helping to keep me on the field and at my best. He is able to adjust his approach based on what is going on that day, without losing the quality touch I have come to count on. A integral part of my wellness routine.
