I called servicemaster in panic mode at 3am. Jane answered the phone and was able to calm me down, when Fernando arrived at 4:30am with all his crew, he walked me through everything. Servicemaster was very helpful in navigating the claim and guided me to next steps as far as obtaining housing. They were able to pack my duplex unit in 2 days and gut everything out. They also dropped off a few items to my temporary housing. I would have been lost without them.“

The kitchen floor didn’t look completely clean in spots, and I personally hate it when someone unplugs a clock, plugs it back in, but doesn’t reset the click. Particularly annoying when there was another plug they could have used. I know that’s just me, though.“
