“The vacant unit above my condo had several burst pipes. Since my unit is the lower unit all their water poured into my unit, making it uninhabitable. I didnt know what to do. I called servicemaster in panic mode at 3am. Jane answered the phone and was able to calm me down, when Fernando arrived at 4:30am with all his crew, he walked me through everything. Servicemaster was very helpful in navigating the claim and guided me to next steps as far as obtaining housing. They were able to pack my duplex unit in 2 days and gut everything out. They also dropped off a few items to my temporary housing. I would have been lost without them.”
