I have been working for Serenity since 2024. The process was easy. I've had several supervisors but Maira Jaimez has been amazing. She's always professional, helpful and caring. She even went out of her way to help me in a situation where I really needed help. I told her about my situation. She was very sincere to the point in helping me find another client.

I can say my supervisor Maricelis is very helpful and always reaches out to support any questions or concerns that I may have. She very sweet and professional it’s hard to find supervisors with good attitudes. But she takes the cake sweet, helpful, professional and very kind.
