Nice staff, try to make an appt they were booked till August the receptionist went out of her way to find a quicker appt in a different location. She found me an appt the following day! Very grateful.

wait times are always hellish and my doctors have been a revolving door because they keep leaving, and then loyola makes you wait like 3 months between appointments even when it’s not your fault the doctors keep leaving. the front desk nurse, ronda i think her name is, is very sweet but everyone else seems more interested in getting a nasty barb in to make you feel stupid than actually explaining anything. and dr. ing is the worst doctor i’ve ever had and as a chronic pain patient, that bar is in hell but he really limboed under it with determination. dr. roejek has been nice so far but i haven’t been able to hold onto a doctor here for longer than like 10 months… read full review
