“We had a basement flood, requiring quite a bit of drying, drywall tear down, etc. This company was recommended by our insurance, so we had them come out for our self-pay work. The work was done well, with some minor, minor blips. (Nothing that would scare me away from calling this crew back for other jobs) When we got the bill, we had a few disputes and are handling that currently. The star of my review is Karrie. She was the person helping us throughout a lot of our billing questions, and with any issues we had. Her customer service, professionalism, and ability to inform us of things we did not understand, were a 10/10. She leaves you feeling like the company personally cares about you walking away happy, without being a complete pushover or ingenue. She's amazing at what she does!“

“The whole experience with Kyle and his team was great. The reality of water damage to our home was really unsettling but Kyle immediately sprang to action late in the evening when we made the call of the flood in our house.

Kyle came to our house late in the evening to setup fans and start drying our house out.

He’s crews came in the next day and started remediating the water damaged material preventing any further destruction and to start the thorough drying process.

Kyle talked us through every step along the way, check on us and his crews registry and made sure we were being taken care of and insured our house would be put back together, and better.

The crews were very professional. The took the time to make sure dust is mitigated and parts of the house that were not damage remained cleaned and functioning.

Kyle provided detailed estimates to the insurance company efficiently navigating through the claim and funding process to keep us moving in the right direction to repairs our home.
