“Took my best friend Derrick here for a teddy bear / lions mane cut yesterday and the groomer did an excellent job! The only thing, the price was listed at $110, and I put my deposit down for $35, and charged $130 (so I owed $90). There was no explanation for this price change.

I was very nervous to leave my baby here at first because this is a new groomer and it’s a shared dog and cat facility, plus my cat will throw hands while being groomed. I met the groomer and she was so pleasant, gentle, and trustworthy that I knew my best friend was in good hands. Derrick (my cat) is still getting use to the trim but I did notice that there were small bruises on his coat which is caused by matting. To prevent this in the future, the groomer showed me what tool I needed because I had no idea they could bruise from even small matts. Anyway, I appreciate you ladies at k9 feline cuts, thank you for being kind to my best friend and see you soon!! Xo“

“Victor loves the animals and what he does. He is an amazing groomer and is so patient and kind with the animals that he grooms. I went to the same groomer (one person one dog at a time) with my dog for 13+yrs until she retired. I wanted to find someone like her with just one person because my dog wouldn't be able to handle an environment with multiple groomers and dogs. It is truly hard to find and I feel extremely blessed to have found someone that makes my senior dog comfortable and does an amazing job, bonus he's in my neighborhood. I 100% recommend Shorty Styles.“

They evaluate the dogs for temperament and split them into different play groups, I love seeing them posted on their instagram, and they always come back soooo tired and calm. Works really well with my work schedule and they’re very flexible with drop off and pick up and booking is so easy.“

“Dr Gil and Char make a great team. They were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday morning. Char was great over the phone and warm and welcoming once we arrived. Dr Gil took the time to address all concerns and explained everything he was doing. Highly recommended. Your fur baby will be in great hands.“

“We really cannot say how appreciative we are for Heidi at Dog Splash. We know she is a terrific groomer. That's why we've been taking both of our dogs there for the last four years. But it was this past visit when Heidi alerted us to one of our dogs having a lump and recommending we get our dog to the vet that really Highlights what kind of a person Heidi is and how she will take care of your dog. We did take our dog vet. We are still waiting on the results, but we know that Heidi alerting us and our ability to take quick action will have given us the best opportunity for a good outcome. “We’ve always had such a wonderful experience with Megan. It took us forever to find the right groomer for our dog, and Megan does such a great job with whatever we request her to do. “I used to work as a receptionist for a dog daycare, so I've had to talk to different vets all the time all over Chicago. Now, no longer a receptionist and I have my own puppy; Preiser was one of my top 3 to go to. I HIGHLY recommend, they have a wonderful staff and receptionists. The nurses are so kind, and treated my puppy with so much love. Like, I'm pretty sure my dog loves the vet now. They helped refer me to a specialist and helped me make sure she got the best care. Pricing wasn't terrible at all. The doctor called me personally to discuss my dog which I thought was really thoughtful. Also the lobby is so cute, and welcoming. Sometimes lobbies at vets can be rough, like they can smell, be dirty, have strange colors, and have uncomfortable chairs... but not here. It's so cute and cozy, the sun shines in, there are magazines, comfy sheets, and so much space if you have an uneasy or aggressive pet that needs space from other pets. Also I have to point out that all the plants have their own names it's adorable“
