They asked a few questions, provided an estimate, and when I asked if they could come today, they sent someone on the way with an eta of 45 minutes. Normally I would be wary of just committing to a business, but they had the Yelp Guarantee Badge (Yelp guarantees your project up to $2500), good reviews, and I liked that they were quick to respond. They came out, quickly reviewed the locks. The total came to more than I was quoted but I didn't doubt them as nothing in this place is as expected. The job was finished in under an hour, they explained the locks thoroughly, and we were done. I was pleased that the project was completed today. This was the first time using the Yelp Project Tab, so I will be sure to try it again for another project.“

The company dispatched the request to a mobile automotive locksmith, Frank, who called me promptly and made plans to visit me at the home address J gave him. found my key about just minutes before Frank was due to show up, so I called Frank back promptly and asked him to stop by so I could give him a big tip for his troubles. He was super friendly but politely declined the offer. Overall I had a super positive experience with both this company and with Frank himself.“

“Geoff is such an honest and careful craftsman. I had an 80 year old lock that broke causing the door to be locked shut. Geoff came out and carefully took out the broken pieces of the lock and opened the door. He then offered to try and source a replacement latch (not easy given the age of the lock).

He is clearly a skilled craftsman. I would highly recommend him and will be using him for any future issues“

“Just got my key cut for my motorcycle here after going to Ace Hardware on Lagrange Road and the one on 31st. They will not cut any keys that are not their own so don't bother.... come to Tony... he's amazing. $10 to cut a motorcycle key. If you are in the area, I highly recommend him!“
