I needed to replace my car keys. I called Dodge Ram, in Skokie where I had bought 3 vehicles in the past. They wanted $680 for 2 keys. I come to J & A and the tech was super friendly and honest, he told all I needed was to replace was the skin and I got my 2 keys for $33. Thank you!

This is by far the best place to get yo keys made. I've had other car keys made in the past but this place tops it... They are all kind and friendly. I didn't know to tell the young person that the "my key" feature was on and my car wouldn't go above 60 (thanks to Ford?) Anyways she had to do everything all over which in total still took less than 30 mins... not only did she make me a spare but she unlocked my old key. Mind yall, the young lady is still in high school, but she is a genius. You all don't be fooled she knew what she was doing, and now my car can go above 60. ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️

Called in the morning about a non functioning pull latch on the front door of an apartment building that I manage. The woman on the phone couldn't have been easier to work with. Four hours later, I have a functioning latch. David (the locksmith)did a thorough job replacing the broken part for us and greasing up all of our existing parts. Much appreciated. Will use J&R again in the future.
