The seamstress was not in and Rob stepped in and used his amazing skills and helped fix my issue on the spot so that my son would have his shoulder pads for practice!!

The team was calm, kind, and reassuring, and they delivered exactly as promised. Every stain was gone, even on the bottom, and the dress looked brand new. They repaired a small rip on the side and they even hung it specially to prevent wrinkles since I was flying with it. “I had a great experience with this dry cleaner and will definitely be continuing to use them!I'm posting this review in part because I want to shout out the employees. First timer, I was confused a bit by the online form for scheduling a pickup, so I called the store. It was during the holidays and the owner was out of town. Instead of telling me to wait until the next week for him to come back, they took it upon themselves to pickup my items, clean them, and return them. Was there clarity on how they were going to get paid for providing this service? Not really. But ya know what, I appreciate that they cared more about making sure I had clean sweaters and throw blankets in a timely manner. And luckily it ended up being less expensive than I expected! It was very easy to pay over the phone after the fact once the owner was back in town and figured out what was going on. 10/10 would recommend. “When I say the tailor Traiqk is absolutely FABOULOUS !!! I mean talk about patient, kind and extremely skilled at what he does. He has a slew of costumers who are repeat clients who come to let him alter their items because he is just that good. My own grandmother recommended me to him for my birthday dress last year and when I say he made my dress look like it was made for me and only me ! That’s why this year when I came back with a dress worth almost 1,000 and custom I had no doubt in my mind he would alter the dress to perfection. He replaced missing buttons, sewed another panel for fit and overall was so professional by helping me make the dress look stunning ! They do not make tailors like this anymore the craftsmanship alone is perfect. Thank you Traiqk you have made both dresses for my birthday and absolutely smashing hit amoungst all who see it !“

“I'm so grateful I found Nena to alter my dress. She is the crowned jewel at Crown Sewing. She was truly a God send, with a love for her work! I bought my dress 2 months before my wedding which included a lot of appliqués around the waist, shoulders and bottom of the dress And Jose who I believe was the manager helped get me in! He was a very pleasant and patient person to communicate with. He answered all my texts promptly. My dress needed about 6 inches taken in on the front and sides. Nena did her magic and figured out how to alter everything from the waist, working with the complicated appliqué work, and keeping the bottom of the dress in tact. She also sewed in Angel charms I bought to represent my father, grandparents and great aunt. She showed an emotional caring with this touch, which she said in her words "I have goose bumps." I think she was brought to tears and took the task very seriously honoring them in her work. I was very grateful. I would definitely drive the 45 min drive to work with her again! Don't hesitate to work José and Nena. They are wonderfullily kind people, patient, service minded, and care about their work.“
