I personally am a bit surprised at the negative reviews... I popped on simply to grab their hours and stumbled onto the reviews. I've been here a few times, and have always received my items as expected. I walked in on a Saturday bawling my eyes out because I burned a hole in my daughters dress with the iron, and she was wearing it to a wedding the next day. The woman I believe is the owner (not sure) and the seamstress came up with a plan to cover the hole with a beautiful gem covered button, along with a matching one on the opposite sleeve. They had it done in a couple of hours, and my daughter received SEVERAL compliments on her dress. When I go there, I don't need… read full review
