They showed up when they said they would and when they left you could not tell they had been there. The workers were polite and if you had a question they had the answer. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!“

I was blown away by the level of sophistication and detail to their approach to make sure we had no water issues.
The crew was so courteous each day as they completed the work. They educated me each day on what they had completed and if they ran into any issues.
Carlson is my #1 choice for anything home exteriors. Next job is already lined up for some siding .
Thank you to Jason for guiding me through from estimate to completion. You are a Pro!“

“After asking for bids from 4 different local companies on various parts of my roofing and different possiblities, I chose Sundown for the entire roof to be done. I know them as a reputable local company and they came in with the best quote for my roof. Once the work was scheduled, they were very prompt, extremely professional, always helpful and cautious as we came and left. I have nothing but praise for the way the crew was while they were there. I immediately noticed that there was absolutely no sheeting under any shingles ever! During the tear off I was messaged that there was more damage underneath than expected and they would get back to me on what it would be. I never heard back, but knew it had to be replaced. Work was completed on schedule and cleaned up (better than before they started), and the roof looks fantastic!! They even did a few things with the edges, soffet & facia, gutters that needed done and were not part of their job simply because they were there and had access. I am humbled to see this kindness!! My only complaint, which was made right, is that both during initial contact and when reviewing it with the sales rep, I asked for the worst case scenario on the bid. I was stretching my budget but really needed the entire roof done. I have lived in my 100 + y/o home for 33 years and never had the roof replaced, only shingled over once. I asked the bid to include undersheeting for the entire roof because I expected 80% of it would need replaced, then found out there was none to start. I did know anything else that might need replaced would be additional. When I was given the final cost it was considerably more than quoted but $1700 was for the additional wood repairs that could not be seen under the roof. The other additional was for more sheeting that had not been included in the initial bid. The job supervisor and owners (likely the salesman also) discussed this and did make right on this as I initially had asked for it to be included. I even offered to pay for the 9 sheets that were over the estimated size but was told they were not charging for any of it. Suggetion, maybe a better line item bid would be an idea? Stating exactly what extra is being bid. X# of sheeting, etc. Most customers likely don't know the bidding process on those things initially. As soon as I can save for the additional work still needed, I will be calling them again.“
