About 3–4 years ago, we had some shingles blow off during a storm. After searching online for a reputable local company, I found Carlson Exteriors. They responded quickly, came out promptly, and repaired the damage professionally. When it happened again about a year later, I knew our roof was eventually going to need replacement. Since our house was built in 2005, we were getting close to the expected lifespan of the roof anyway.
