Recently had storm damage and used Cupples Construction for our new roof installation. What an awesome company--so happy with our new roof. They were very professional and accommodating to our needs. I can’t praise Cupples construction enough. We had hail damage from a storm which started the process of getting the shingles replaced. The crew worked extremely hard to not only replace the shingles, but identified a few issues when the old shingles were removed. They explained the issues, what it would take to fix them, and did it all seamlessly. They took the time to make things right and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Throughout the entire process they provided fantastic communication. Highly Recommend.
Brady, Sawyer, and Noah were pleasant to work with, detailed in their contract, meticulous with their inspections, and we discussed all aspects of this job including possible needed repairs once old roof was removed. They ended up having to replace the roof deck and gave us a fair estimate for that before work started. I highly recommend this company. Roof was done correctly and the workers did a fantastic job being careful with my newly planted flower beds, (We were not expecting a roof to be done this year, but the storms changed those plans).
