I just want to preface by saying the L&D nurses were PHENOMENAL and did the best they could to take care of my son and I with what they were given, so that's why it's 2 stars instead of one. I gave birth to my son in December of 2024 and had some issues with my stay there. Primarily that my son did not receive a security band after delivery because Carle ran out of them. They were also very short staffed, so my husband had to help me through labor as they didn't have more than one nurse available for any one patient at a time.
