Dr. Gafour is the ONLY doctor I an my kids will see. Both of my children are special needs one being more difficult an her patience an understanding with my child goes above an beyond. It takes special people to have that an she definitely deserves to be known for it!

My wife and myself had our annual eye exams at the Niles, IL Costco. We were lucky enough to schedule with an eye doctor we knew nothing about. We were examined by Dr. Viktoriya Marmur, OD., and her staff. The staff was very professional and accommodating. We felt that Dr. Marmur went above and beyond as an eye doctor. She obviously, unlike most doctors, actually read the paperwork we filled out at the beginning of the appointment. She spent a large amount of time in treating and examining both my wife and myself. Dr Gafour goes above and beyond. She had written a prescription for me abut two years ago, at which time she was extremely focused and engaged. She answered the million questions I had back then, and today we spoke again. I'm not even going to her office/Costco to get my Rx/glasses this time, due to insurance being elsewhere, but she still answered questions from me willingly and in the same engaged style I remembered from the original exams.
